Why a WPR?
The reason is simple. I wanted to give my opinion and advice to people who may want it. I feel I have some experience in creating websites and I wish to help people develop there site. I'm here to help not to shame. I know that my own personal website isn't at all perfect, it's probably 1001 miles away from the word but I do believe it is close enough near the words 'good'. I may review your site and say something that I don't follow myself, but that's just me. I'm here to give ones perspective of how you can have an 'ideal' website that still follows your own fundamental concepts.
Reviewable.info was bought from Godaddy.com and hsoted by Surpasshosting.com. The name 'Reviewable' was thought up by me, I wanted to have the word review in my domain but still have a short and sweet domain (name). In my own eyes it means being able to review others but here is what it really means:
Reviewable \Re*view"a*ble\, a.
Capable of being reviewed. (source:Webster's Dictionary)
How I started
I started webdesigning once my cousin introduced Photoshop CS to me, I learnt a few tricks such as setting contrast, blending images and a few other photo effects. Eventually I found out about Piczo because everybody in my school year was talking about it. I picked up a few HTML codes and gradually progressed in finding out how to use tables and iframes. I gained more and more experience and decided to purchase a domain. From there on, I have greatly improved. I've come across my share of websites ranging from photojournals to sites filled with designing resources. I have become more confident in webdesigning and feel I have enough expertise to give my own advice and opinion on websites, so for that reason, I opened Reviewable.info.

I have a Windows XP (Home) and have a Dell monitor, which has a resolution setting of 1280x960 pixels. Around 90% of the time, I use Mozilla Firefox as my internet browser. My internet provider is Virgin Media.
