Description

The Logitech MX Master 4 is a right-handed wireless mouse designed for productivity-focused use with desktop and laptop computers. It uses an 8,000 DPI Darkfield optical sensor that can track on most surfaces, including glass, and connects via Bluetooth or the Logi Bolt USB-C receiver, supporting up to three paired devices. The mouse includes a MagSpeed scroll wheel, a horizontal thumb wheel and multiple customisable buttons, all configurable through Logi Options+ software for app-specific shortcuts and actions. A haptic Sense Panel in the thumb rest provides tactile feedback for selected gestures and on-screen tools. Power is supplied by a built-in rechargeable battery that charges over USB-C and is rated for up to 70 days of use on a full charge, with fast-charge support for short top-ups.

Great all round mouse for work and creativity

I have been using the Logitech MX Master 4 for a few weeks and it already feels like the centre of my desk setup. The shape is very comfortable for long days, the new textured shell feels more premium, and the quieter clicks are lovely in a shared office. Being able to switch between my laptop, desktop and tablet with a single mouse is extremely handy, and the battery life is excellent. The new haptic panel and Actions Ring are clever and genuinely helpful in creative apps, although support is still limited and takes a bit of setting up. The sensor is smooth and accurate for work, but it has not really moved on from the previous model and the price is quite high. If you already like the MX range and want a more refined version with some fun new tricks, this is a very strong option.
